As one of the largest pre cut lid suppliers in Europe we have a large number of die cut shapes and sizes available. Our lids can be made from plastic or aluminium foil, printed in up to 10 colours and embossed in a variety of patterns.
Our base web laminates and extrusions are a great way to package sliced hard cheese and dessert products. When combined with our top web solutions, dairy products are kept fresh, flavourful, add shelf appeal and extend shelf life by preventing mould, off-odour absorption and dehydration. With our peal and re sealable lidding you can also achieve maximum functionality.
Flow wrap (FFS) and vacuum films can be engineered to provide low-temperature seal initiation to protect heat-sensitive products. These films provide excellent flex-crack resistance and may be made from easy tear material that allows in-line metal detection. The addition of laser perforation can provide an additional layer of convenience.

FLOW WRAP (FFS)
Cheese and Dairy Flow Wrap VFFS HFFS Flexible Packaging
Flow Wrap laminates are widely used to make bags in-line. Nylon is generally used in the bottom layer of the film and is laminated to a polyester top layer. The blend of nylon used provides a soft intimate feel to the packaging and helps maintain barrier qualities during forming. Wide variety of print options available.

Cheese and Dairy Top Web Lidding Flexible Packaging
Top web lidding film is used in a wide variety of dairy packaging applications. Our solutions offer easy-to-open, strong secure seals to prevent tearing and splitting of lidding. We have universal films that bond to multiple surfaces resulting in SKU reduction. They are high in puncture resistance and provide tamper resistant or tamper-evident peels for greater consumer protection.

We supply butter wrap foils in a range of construction formats to create an individualised product feel. They include ALU/WAX/PAPER, ALU/PARAFFIN/PAPER, ALU/PE/PAPER and ALU/PE/PAPER/PE. A variety of embossing patterns are available.

Top web lidding for multi-pack pots is generally heat seal lacquered 23um PET metallised that has been laser perforated on the X and Y axis to allow easy pot separation.
An alternative is Mixpap, a paper based lidding film for PS-based yoghurt and dessert pots. Good sealing and permeability ensures excellent freshness, while an attractive metallisation option offers appealing on-shelf stand-out qualities. |
