DOYPACKS
The doypack has significantly impacted upon the way in which we look at consumer packaging. For the consumer there are many advantages: a tear-notch and zipper add convenience in opening, resealing and storage. The addition of a spout makes it easier to pour out liquids, and a pouch is altogether a more robust and lighter weight item to transport home, even consuming less storage space when half-full. SIDE FOLD POUCHES
|
A side fold or gusseted pouch is a square shaped pouch, which folds open as you fill it. Typically it is used with products such as biscuits, coffee, pet food, detergents etc. You can find out our standard sizes and how to measure a side fold pouch here. They are not equipped with a zipper but a closing clip is optional.

BOX POUCHES
|
The box pouch is a new form of stand-up pouch. It is the latest model to make your product even more visible. This product has excellent stand-up and shelf-filling capabilities and it provides more volume utilising less film. This makes the box pouch not only an economically interesting, but also an environmentally friendly alternative.
Thanks to the folds on the side, the pouch will keep its "box" shape maintaining optimal use of shelf space with all the printed communication clearly visible. The box pouch can be used to pack any kind of product: coffee, tea, cookies, snacks, candy, pet food. They are equipped with a zipper as standard and can be sealed. Q-PACK - VACUUM BAGS PA/PE
In addition to our printed doypacks we can produce pre made vacuum bags. Vacuum-packing is probably the most economical means of extending shelf life. The processing technique reduces oxygen (O₂) levels as much as possible via extreme vacuum. The material must have a good barrier to prevent O₂ re-entering the pack. When food products such as on the bone meat is vacuum-packed, a high puncture resistance film may be required. Typically vacuum bags are made for a PA/PE construction, we can produce different gauges from 30μm through to 250μm. Other types of constructions are available if required.
