EXTRUSION & BLOWING

We extrude HDPE, LDPE, MDPE, PA/PE, PP and EVOH. Our capability extends to 9 layer co-extruded blown films. Through this process we are able to blend a variety of additives including:

• Colours
• Anti-fog
• Anti-oxidants
• Anti-statics
• Slip additives

SLOT DIE EXTRUSION

​Alternatively we can inject proprietary extruded heat-seal formulations through a slot-die to produce flexible food grade film with outstanding seal performance. These narrow gauge films are typically 24 - 70µm in thickness.

HEAT-SEAL LACQUERING

Over time we have developed a wide range of heat-seal coatings that are predominantly applied to PET films. The coatings have been tailored so that they can seal to a large variety of substrates including PP, PET, Aluminium, PS, PVC, PE & Glass. Heat-seal lacquering can offer a number of benefit including the ability to manufacture thinner gauge films. This technology allows us to produce heat-sealable films as thin as 17µm!

LAMINATION

Extrusion and lamination often come hand-in-hand. For many types of packaging it is necessary to extrude a component of the film and then it is laminated to another to complete the film structure. We offer a variety of lamination methods to suit your requirement. These include:

• In-line lamination
• Solventless lamination
• Solvent based lamination
• Wet lamination
• Cold seal application in line
