Q-TOP BIOPEEL
INTRODUCTION
Q-Top BioPeel is a film based lidding film, which is entirely made out of biodegradable bio-based material. It consists of a film made from PLA (Polylactic acid) derived from plants and in addition, the seal layer is also produced from PLA leading to a 100% biodegradable, sustainable, bio-based material. It is formulated to be used for both die-cut lids and reel fed material. The heat seal lacquer has been formulated to seal at low temperatures such as 100°C.

DESCRIPTION:
50μm PLA for die-cutting or 23μm for use with reel-fed films. Peel sealable to PLA, APET & RPET. Coating can be adjusted to achieve bespoke seal strengths.
