Q-SHRINK – SHRINK FILM / BOTTLE WRAPPING 

​Shrink film is commonly used for bulk wrapping cans and bottles. We have designed a number of shrink films that when heat is applied to the film it contracts tightly over the product. Shrink-wrap packaging will provide your product with a highly professional and visual appearance, thus making it more appealing to customers. It also has the benefit of protecting the product from dust, dirt and fingerprints. ​

We produce a wide range of multilayer LDPE shrink films. They are normally between 3 and 5 layers depending on the requirement. LDPE shrink films have many benefits over previously used PVC shrink films as they are stronger and they do not become brittle in cold conditions.

Our shrink films tightly nest around the bottles/cans you are packing. Due to this and the strength of material it can eliminate the need for a cardboard base tray and so cutting down costs. It is also possible to add the addition of a tape carry handle to make transportation easier. 

The presentation of the end product is extremely import to us and our customer. We can offer transparent film which allows the customer to see the product they are purchasing. Alternatively they can be printed in house in either flexo or gravure. We have designed our shrink films so that there is minimum deformation of graphics and wrinkles after shrinking.
