Sustainability concerns drives much of our product development and ISO 14001 ensures that our management systems have an environmental focus. We control the effects of our production sites so that they overcome environmental challenges such as water usage, air pollution and waste control.

We have developed a variety of environmentally friendly flexible packaging solutions such as Q-Top BioPeel that is 100% biodegradable. Alternatively, some of our heat-seal lacquered films are engineered to be 100% PET so that they can re-enter the recycle chain. In several of our plants we recycle energy released during the manufacturing process to cut our emissions by 60%.

ISO 14001 Certification

This has required a commitment and culture of innovation that has yielded a plethora of unique products. Our Q-Bar coating, for example, improves the oxygen transmission rate of standard 12μm PET film from 140cc/sqM to 1cc/sqM making it an extremely effective barrier material for moisture and oxygen. Alternatively we have developed an easy tear FFS film that is 100% plastic allowing the use of metal detection in sachet manufactured products.
